COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR ALL HOOP CLASSES

SAFETY INFO FOR ALL OUTDOOR CLASSES:

 

  • Please ensure you have signed the one-time waiver on your Punchpass account.

  • Help stop the spread of COVID-19: 

    • If you are feeling UNWELL, or have COVID-19 symptoms, please DO NOT attend class.

    • All attendees are to maintain a distance of 2 meters (6 ft) at all times.

    • Pre-sanitization of shared equipment will be executed by the instructor prior to each class. 

    • Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will be available for all students to use.

    • Students must wipe down all borrowed equipment with provided sanitizing wipes.

    • Masks are not necessary during outdoor classes, provided social distancing and sanitization procedures are adhered to.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Registration: Please register NO LATER than 2 HOURS prior to class time. You may register for multiple classes up to 4 months in advance. If you wish to be registered as a reoccurring student for a drop in class, please email me at amy@hoopersonic.com and I'd be happy to assist. You will be responsible only for cancellations on Punchpass system!

  • Cancellations by Student: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy through the Punchpass system. Failure to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in loss of pass/punch.

  • Class sizes: There is a minimum of three (3) registered students per outdoor class is required to run a class. If a class if cancelled by the instructor due to class size or any other reason, you will be fully refunded or your pass may be transferred to a future date. All REGISTERED participants will be notified (via email) approximately two (2) hours (or more) prior to class to notify of a cancellation.

  • Weather: If a class is cancelled due to weather, all registered participants will be contacted (via email) approximately two (2) hours prior to class. PLEAS EKEEP YOUR EYE ON WEATHER AND YOUR EMAIL ON THE DAY OF CLASS!
