So you've completed Hula Hoop 101/Learn to Hoop, or you've been solo practicing at home... Now what? The answer is: Hoop Flow 102 with HooperSonic! Amy will take you to the next level in your hoop dance and flow abilities. We will explore with more complicated waist hooping drills, and explore some beginner level chest and shoulder hooping.
Spots are LIMITED and will go fast so register as soon as possible! You will need a large hoop for this class 38-45" diameter recommended - Hoops available for purchase

During these 4 weeks, we will explore leg hooping, transitioning in and out of one legged hooping, foot hooping, multi plane hand hooping, putting each component together and then how we can get into and out for performing! Each class begins with an intense warm up and strength training. I am taking on a MAXIMUM of 5 students to ensure everyone gets lots of attention! This class is intended for hoopers at an intermediate level and beyond. You must be able to stand on one leg but exercises and drills will be provided to gain improve on this skill. So you've completed Hula Hoop 101 or you've been practicing the at home, you've been watching tutorials and maybe you've hit a wall? What now? The answer is: HULA HOOP 102 with HooperSonic! Amy will take you to the next level in your hoop dance and flow abilities. What makes this series so different from our other classes? Glad you asked! Instead of working on specific combos or focusing on fitness, we will explore skill building and drilling on a whole other level to get you dancing with your hoop like the unicorn/badass/clown you are! Additionally, we will explore in depth training on rolling the hoop across your body, adding more to your isolation flow, escalator/rev escalators, and more!
