What is a Hoop or Flow Jam?
A jam provides hoopers (and other flow or circus artists) of all levels with an open and judgment-free space to practice their craft! Jams are for rocking out, hanging out or chilling out with other amazing members of the flow arts or hula hooping community. Jams are an important part of our amazing community and you can find them in various parts of Toronto. Please support your local jam!
